When I click on the digest to see what is posted and
nothing shows up, except a list of messages that can't be
accessed. GRRRR.

Its so quiet here now I don't need Digest form, but can't
seem to change it back so I would actually see the messages.

I've always accessed Usenet through an NNTP server.

How are you accessing it now? Through a web-based interface?

It would be much easier to switch to a free news server
and a newsreader client. Most web based stuff is over-
engineered to be more difficult to use and just ads bloat
to the pure text process.

Nyssa, who also likes that text and news clients are a LOT
faster to use over dialup

Waaaay back when, it came through Netscape News which is when I switched to Digest to the email. Doesn't seem to be anyway to change the settings.
